Important Firmware Updates
The eBook sector is advancing at a tremendous speed and there have already been important updates to your eBook firmware which will improve your use and enjoyment of the product. Please follow these instructions to perform the firmware upgrade or call the Elonex Support Helpdesk for some help and advice.

    Step 1
For this firmware upgrade you need an SD card. Put it into your computer and go to My Computer (copy any files you have on it into a safe place as all the data will be erased)Right Click on the Removable Disk icon and click Format. Choose the FAT32 File system and press Start. Wait while the SD card is formatted.

    Step 2
Download the update here and save it onto your computer. Unzip the file and copy the resulting folder to the SD card. Do not change the folder's name from mfg_test

     Step 3
Turn your eBook OFF. Put the SD card into the eBook with the metallic connectors facing the rear of the unit and push until it clicks into it. Turn your eBook ON and wait for the update to complete (once complete the eBook will return to the Library screen).
