Full System Recovery
Software Recovery
If you have tried a software reset and
hardware reset with no results then you should try a
software reset. If you have any problems with this them
please call our support helpdesk on 0871 222 3456 option 4.
Download and unzip the relevant recovery image from the link on the
right.
Copy the files to your SD card, then with
your ONEt turned off insert the SD card.
Hold down the Fn and F3 keys at the same time while
turning on your ONEt.
Your ONEt will now automatically perform the recovery.
Please make sure that you do not turn off the power during
the recovery. Once you can see the desktop as normal your
recovery is complete.
Please note: You are advised to always keep a backup of your files stored
externally to the ONEt.
